Accessibility
Please note that the hotel does not have a lift.
Hotel Rooms:
We have two ground floor rooms: Room 1 and Room 2.
Room 2 is wheelchair accessible and includes a wet room.
Function Rooms:
Blake and Clayton Rooms (smaller function rooms) are located up a flight of stairs. There are toilets located nearby.
Hudson Room (our largest function room) is fully accessible via the front entrance, with access to a disabled/baby changing toilet in the main bar.
Sanderson Room is located a few steps down from the Hudson but is accessible for wheelchair users via a side door. This room also has access to a disabled toilet to the left of the bar.
Bar and Restaurant:
The main bar is accessible via both the front car park entrance and a side door on the main street, and has a disabled/baby changing toilet available.
The restaurant is accessible through the front entrance or a side door leading to our outdoor seating area. Please note:
There are a few steps up to the outdoor seating.
In summer, we provide accessible outdoor benches.
The main dining area is a few steps down, but we have three tables on the upper level:

Do you have parking available?
Yes, Palm Court Hotel offers free on-site parking for guests. Our private car park is conveniently located directly beside the hotel, making it easy to come and go as you please. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
Please note that during busy periods, availability may be limited. If our car park is full, there is additional on-street parking nearby, as well as local public transport options for getting around the city. If you need assistance with directions or parking alternatives, our reception team will be happy to help.
Are pets allowed?
Your dog(s) can stay for a fee of £15 per dog per stay. We do have some small conditions for bringing your dog to The Palm Court Hotel and can be found here.
