The stylish Hudson and Sanderson rooms act as the ideal setting to celebrate your big day in style, from the ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception.
With a range of different room options, we can cater for small intimate weddings for as little as 15 guests. If your wedding is on the larger scale, we can accommodate up to 120 of your friends and family in one of our spaces for your ceremony. Drinks receptions can also be hosted for up to 140 guests. Book your wedding for between Christmas and New Year, or any date in January or February and receive 15% off
Your menu tasting will take place 4-6 months prior to your wedding date. We ask you to select two starters, two mains and two desserts to sample and wine will also be sampled.
The hotel is licensed until 1am for wedding parties.
At Palm Court Hotel we can cater to all dietary requirements with prior notice.
Yes, we have a list of dedicated suppliers we’d be delighted to recommend, including photographers, entertainment, cake suppliers, bridal, groomswear and more
Yes, we have a small car park outside of the hotel. Spaces are first come first served.
Final guest numbers, pre-orders and payment is required to be sent to your wedding coordinator a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Initial Reservations: Delight in the freedom to reserve a date for up to 2 weeks while you make your decision. During this period, our
coordinators discuss your quote in detail.
Payment Schedule: The payment process commences 12 weeks prior to the wedding date with an initial 25% payment, followed by a 40% payment 8 weeks before, and the final balance due 4 weeks prior to the wedding.
