Everything went perfectly on Saturday - a HUGE thanks to you and the rest of your staff. We are so happy with how everything went, all of our guests were very impressed with your hospitality and how kind you all were. We can not thank you enough, we are so glad that we chose you and your hotel for our wedding. Both me and Andreas will of course vote for you and the hotel for the award. When it comes to the flowers, tissues and cake, we have no one local to come pick it up. If the cake is still edible, I hope you and your staff are able to enjoy it. My wife Dianne and daughter Laura arrived on the Thursday and from the first moment until our checkout on the Monday, absolutely everything went off without a hitch. Firstly, our family meal in one of the private rooms on the Friday was a great success. Food and staff were wonderful with the latter constantly checking in on us to take orders etc. Then the day itself; very difficult to give just praise for how well it went. Again, the staff were outstanding and the food was absolutely delicious. I fully appreciate the effort and organisation that you and the staff put in and absolutely every guest I spoke to had nothing but praise for you all. A very successful weekend and all down to you. "I had my wedding at the Palm Court earlier in the month and had the most amazing experience from start to finish. Sharlene was great during the whole planning process and helped with everything. On our day we were looked after by Bev who made sure our whole day ran absolutely seamlessly. Everything was organised perfectly and on time. The food was amazing, the set up was perfect, the rooms were so comfortable and the use of the Blake room to get ready in was ideal. All the staff were great, special mention to Ella. Ella was with us for all 3 days of our stay and was beyond helpful, nothing was too much, she was super friendly and incredible with the children - thank you so much Ella! Couldn’t recommend this venue for a wedding/event enough!!"

The whole experience went for family wedding from the minute we got out of car to the min left was so good the staff were first class the lady that ran the wedding she was outstanding would recommend palm court first class the bedroom were excellent we took our dog so pet friendly

We just had our wedding at the Palm Court and we honestly couldn't recommend this venue enough. From the lead up with our constant questions and the lovely meal tasting to the big day all of the staff were lovely and accommodating right the way through. A special thank you to Sharlene who dealt with my endless queries and also Bev our wedding co-ordinator. She really did go above and beyond to make our day run smoothly and stress-free and we can't thank her enough. As for the venue itself, the rooms are lovely and our wedding meal was just incredible. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone currently looking at wedding venues.

I had my wedding at the Palm Court Hotel on 9th November, and the service was 10/10!!!!!!!!! Sharlene helped me plan my wedding, and she was so helpful from start to finish, I was really happy with everything we had organised and whenever I had any questions it was very easy to get in contact with her. There was a few things I changed throughout and it was no bother to Sharlene, she changed things easily for me. Thank you so much Sharlene! On the day of the wedding day it was Beverley taking care of us, and she was AMAZING the whole day. Beverley is obviously VERY experienced in weddings- she was very organised throughout the whole day and every part of it went to plan. She let me know what was happening next throughout the day and she was informative to the guests too. Even when my 2 year old daughter was having a little diva moment right before we were away to go into the ceremony she took her hand and took her down the stairs, which I really did appreciate. All the staff at the Palm Court went above and beyond for us, they were so lovely to me and all the guests, it is such a nice atmosphere in there. The rooms were so nice and clean, I had a lot of family and friends staying overnight too and they all said how nice their rooms were. I would 100% recommend anyone to get married at this hotel, the food is amazing, the service is amazing and the rooms have everything you would need in them! Thank you again to all the staff, you all do a great job and we definitely will be back!
